Full Mommy Makeover/Tummy Tuck/Breast Augmentation with Lift
“Don’t do it because you hate your body, do it because you love yourself. Don’t get it done for someone else - only get it done for yourself,” advises Andrea, a corporate trainer who had the opportunity to work with Dr. Webb and his team. Andrea is completely aware of how amazing our bodies really are, as she has carried three beautiful children and each delivery resulted in a cesarean section. Her pregnancies created a lot of weight gain, and while she was so happy she carried and nourished three healthy babies, she could no longer recognize herself.
After her last baby, Andrea was able to lose all the extra weight and began to pursue her dream of competing in bodybuilding. Andrea put hours in at the gym and committed to healthy eating, but her extra skin would not go away. “It’s discouraging when you work so hard and can’t achieve the end result you dream of,” states Andrea. “It was frustrating. I worked so hard to get to a certain aesthetic and no matter what I did, the extra skin was still there. I don’t feel like I left a stone unturned to get what I was trying to achieve.” In October 2021, Andrea decided to have a full mommy makeover, complete with a tummy tuck and breast augmentation with a lift.
Andrea and a friend decided that they had both worked very hard and wanted to invest in themselves. They agreed to take care of each other through their surgical procedures. Andrea had scheduled consultations with three other plastic surgeons who were referred to her while awaiting her friend’s surgery with Dr. Webb. On the day of her friend’s procedure, Andrea was in the waiting room ready to support her friend. When surgery was complete, Dr. Webb explained everything he had done while Andrea was thinking, “This man’s amazing!”
Not knowing that Andrea herself was looking for a plastic surgeon, Dr. Webb was so thorough and kind in his explanations and patient care that she felt confident she needed to choose him for her procedures. He was so professional yet personable that she knew instantly he was her surgeon. Seeing first-hand what he had done for her friend, Andrea made an appointment with Dr. Webb a week later and within two weeks she was scheduled for surgery.
“Throughout the process, Dr. Webb made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my choices. He gave me his expert opinion and let me make the final call. I never felt pressured or misled. Dr. Webb had my best results in mind and was going to do his best work to get it,” recalls Andrea. Being an elective surgery, Andrea didn’t take any decisions lightly. “If I didn’t feel comfortable with Dr. Webb and his staff, I wouldn’t have done it. I feel like he knows what he is talking about. His honesty, integrity, and his whole demeanor is important to me. I would recommend him to anyone. I am just so happy!”
When asked how she feels about herself now, Andrea says, “I feel more of a badass. I can wear cropped shirts. I feel more confident and comfortable. There is no pooch and my skin is smooth where the extra skin was. I’m more daring in my clothing choices and not covering up my body as much.” Andrea intends to get back into bodybuilding competitions now that she no longer has to fight the extra skin. She is excited as this will help her rank higher than she did in previous competitions. “I have always loved working out and lifting weights. Doing this felt really cool,” says Andrea. Andrea is happy she invested in a mommy makeover for herself, took her life back, and got control of her future.
