“Dr. Webb performed a tummy tuck, muscle repair, fat grafting to my breasts, and liposuction on my legs in May 2023. From the minute I booked the consultation appointment with his assistant, Adrian, I felt at ease. She was incredibly friendly and accommodating right from the beginning,” shares Bridget, a patient of Dr. Leland Webb at Webb Plastic Surgery.
Bridget says she was “blown away” after she went to her initial appointment with Dr. Webb. “He took his time and was extremely thorough and honest in my consultation. I had met with another surgeon before meeting with Dr. Webb and he brushed off my concerns of a possible hernia. Dr. Webb explained that I needed to get a scan to make sure we knew all of the information about the hernia before surgery. He said that his number one job was to make sure I came out of this surgery a walking, talking mom. He treated me like a sister and gave me sound advice that I could trust. He never “oversold” a procedure and I got the feeling that he wanted what I wanted and what was best for my health,” she explained.
After the consultation, Bridget felt super-sure that Dr. Webb was the doctor to do her surgery for her. “The before care for the surgery was very thorough and complete. I knew exactly what supplements I would need and I felt very prepared,” commented Bridget.
The day of the surgery Bridget felt extremely nervous especially since this was her first plastic surgery. “Dr. Webb and his staff did an amazing job putting my mind at ease, and my surgery went flawlessly. During my recovery, I had several questions and concerns. Dr. Webb’s office offers communication through text messaging and I got a response within minutes most of the time. Adrian could not have been more friendly, communicative, and responsive. She always communicated with Dr. Webb and got back to me quickly. A few times, I went into the office to double check on things and my visits always left me feeling reassured and smiling,” Bridget explained.
The aftercare from the surgery was what impressed Bridget the most. She was concerned that once the surgery was paid for and completed that Dr. Webb and his team wouldn’t be as responsive. “They were wonderful every single step of the way. I would 1,000% recommend Dr. Webb and his assistant, Adrian!! If you are on the fence….DO IT! My scar is beautiful and my results are better than I could have imagined. I am so happy to have my body back after having two c-sections!” exclaims Bridget.
