Stephanie's Success Story
Breast Reduction and Abdominal Liposuction
“I always felt like my breasts entered the room before I did. They made me feel so much larger than I actually was,” remembers Stephanie, a paralegal and office manager. Stephanie, who is only 5’3” and not super-skinny, recollects that it was hard being a shorter person and having gigantic breasts that lead everywhere. They made her feel very self-conscious.
Stephanie decided to take a big leap and in August 2021, she had a breast reduction procedure along with a little abdominal liposuction. “My main goal for having the procedure done was to no longer have the pain that I was having daily,” recalls Stephanie. “I was having neck, shoulder, and back pain pretty consistently every single day. My second goal was to be able to wear clothes that actually fit me.”

Stephanie’s breaking point was when she went to try on wedding dresses for her big day. “I typically was a size 14-16 in pants and all these wedding dresses were size 22-24 and they still had to clasp them in the back because they weren’t fitting my breasts. I hated the way they looked on me and the whole experience was traumatizing and terrible,” Stephanie admitted. After trying on the dresses and having a weekend to think about it, Stephanie started calling for consultations the following Monday. She decided that she was going to finally get the procedure done and it was going to be before her wedding.
Stephanie came across Dr. Webb through a support group she belongs to. Another patient in the group had recommended him and was very happy with her results. Stephanie found Dr. Webb to be very comfortable to talk to. “I felt like he understood what I wanted. It was like talking to someone who “gets” you. He was confident as we discussed things. My case was unique as I had asymmetrical breasts. One breast had an implant and the other had a lift to make them symmetrical. Over the past 15 years, both breasts have grown ginormous and Dr. Webb had to deal with those past procedures during my breast reduction. After surgery, he told me that it was like operating on two different women because both breasts were completely different. Dr. Webb was very confident in my plan and wasn’t concerned at all. That made me feel comfortable,” Stephanie said.
“My results after the surgery totally, absolutely, and perfectly matched my expectations!” exclaimed Stephanie. “Immediately following my surgery, my neck, back, and shoulder pain were all gone and haven’t come back since. This just reaffirms why I needed a breast reduction. This is also the most symmetrical my breasts have ever been in my entire life!”
“Dr. Webb and his staff are all so amazing. One thing I came to appreciate was getting to see Dr. Webb at every appointment - whether it was the consult or post op. Some doctors have someone fill in for them and you only see them at the surgery, but not with Dr. Webb. I love his staff. They are easy to work with and if I have questions they get back to me super fast. They are all wonderful people,” shares Stephanie.
Stephanie offers advice in the support group all the time since her successful procedure. She always recommends Dr. Webb. “Dr. Webb has a hands-off approach to healing. He says your body is built to heal itself. The best advice I can give someone is to listen to your surgeon and know that the body has to have time to heal. I see too often that people in the support group push themselves too soon and then they end up having issues. Let your body heal itself.”
Stephanie says her experience has been life changing. “I am so much better pain-wise and confidence-wise. I am so much more comfortable and have bought a new wardrobe. I can go to stores and actually shop instead of having to order online and wonder if it will fit. My friends definitely comment and are happy for me because they knew how much pain I was in. The breast reduction has just been amazing!”
